My DD gave her first lesson tonight and came home very happy. Her student is 11 and she said she picked up things very quickly and she cannot wait to give her the next lesson. She had before and after videos and she gave me a blow by blow of everything she taught. It was pretty cool.

When my DD was a senior I started letting her help me out at my lessons and got her to assist me on a 10u team. I think this really helped her to become a more coachable player.

On her summers home she would also help me in my clinics and she worked the school clinics.

After she graduated she became a high school coach.
