So my daughter is making the switch to 12u this year, and when she starting working with the 12" ball, she started curving the ball over her head on her rotation instead of keeping her arm straight..
So her coach recommended going back to the basics, and breaking down each part. Looks like we are doing good now, just need to add the leap back in.
Took a couple videos the other day, just wanted to get a few more sets of eyes on it...and take any advise you guys have.
