Overlap sequence in drive with no back swing at all???

Oh my gawd. The concept of overlap is so far over your head it's not even funny. You should stay out of this thread until you figure it out.

Tell you what. You push with ONE LEG in broad jump fashion with zero overlap. I'll use two legs, first one, then the other in bipedal fashion, the way humans were designed to propel themselves.

I'll use the back leg to break the initial inertial force that wants to keep me in place by getting things moving. I'll assist that goal by creating an early load that defines the vector (direction) of the force I'm applying. Then I'll use the front leg to add velocity to the moving mass, increasing the force. F = MA. Or FORCE EQUALS MASS TIMES ACCELERATION.

IOW, you use push with one leg.....I'll use PUSH PUSH using both legs assisted by overlap.

First off, thanks for the help!
Question on push push.
Does the first push come from the heel of the stride foot in order to break the initial inertial force?
