Is her front side looking better ??

and Am I right that she still Appears to be either closing her shoulders a little to much and possibly to early also ??

only put up from 12 through release vid was to big to post had to cut it down...

Her left arm is swimming a little and staying in locked position which is causing the pitching arm to look awkward. Her left arm should extend to the catcher when she lands and then swing strait down and next to her left side upon release. In this video her left arm does not extend to the catcher it swims a little then is locked in kinda L causing the pitching arm to excel and bring her shoulder thru to soon.

Thank you stan the glove hand seems to keep being an Achilles heel she does extend it to the catcher ever pitch but for some reason will not unlock it when she adducts it. I have yet to find a way to get her to let the glove hand fall :(

Its hard to get a feel for the motion because the clip is abbreviated, but I agree that the glove side looks awkward, the swim itself is not a problem per se, it is only problematic if it is so pronounced that it prevents her from getting open but in this part of the clip you can't tell if that happened. Her not allowing it to naturally fully adduct is a problem though, She is hanging it out there and that is going to cause some power loss and some imbalances that I am guessing is leading to some accuracy issues.

The thing I notice about the front side that is more problematic IMO is the timing of when the front is bearing weight. It seems to be bearing the most weight and firming up right at release or a tad before. I think this needs to occur more around 9 O-Clockish so that energy can be more effectively transferred to speed AND be controlled. Her energy transfer looks like it may get into the arm, but it is so late that I fear that late acceleration may be hard to control. This is subtle, but what I am saying is that if that energy is used to accelerate the arm at the beginning of the last 90 degrees of the circle then it both adds speed AND is more easily controlled. if you add it this late, then that jolt of acceleration seems harder to control. Think of driving into a turn with a car, flooring it at right when you turn is harder to control than if you floored it just before the turn so that speed lurch happens when the car is straight and not in the turn and then just control the car at the higher velocity.

She does get completely open yea the clip was 2 big to post on tinypic so I had to clip the front of it out. Yea I am desperately trying to figure out the the timing issue but no matter how much she delays her back swing or no matter how long or short her stride is her timing ends up the same way weight on heel at about 8 or 7:30 I have even had her use no back swing no matter what the timing is always the same. But she really has very few accuracy isssues never has I mean she misses spots yes but the ball is always with in 6 inches of her spot. I used to put softballs on top of a tee and let her knock them off from 35 feet She got fairly good at it :) But I am trying to figure out these things you mention because I know they are there.

She has always been very slow to get her heel down I am working right now trying to see if her stride foot height will help it it usually gets pretty high off the ground

Then forget everything I said, if it was an issue then she would not be this accurate. Disregard that timing thing, she is timed really well is she is throwing that accurately at the top range of her speed. Video can be deceiving sometimes. My bad.

well I see it as another issue I am wondering if it is taking away from her speed. Her top Speed is like 48 but does not hit it all the time.

She is very little 95 lbs and 5'1 The box I have in front of her is to help her get her front foot down quicker she usually lets her front foot get about 1-1/2 foot off the ground which makes for a very bad posture issues and the unability to control the back leg at all. when she does that she strides out almost 125 percent of her height but it causes some huge posture issues. That box is exactly her height in front of her 5'1
