Thanks doug I will look into the push back drill we were doing a push back drill before but it was starting to bother her back some when she planted as for her push off we have measured her which she consistently jumps 7'2" which might be too far cause she was unable to close her hips some at release. Heck I don't know lol like u said I'm new to this n everything she has learned has been by my limited knowledge n some internet videos, so again very excited for having a prof PC now. N thanks for any input from you all.

x, My comments were more about direction of force rather than distance of leap.
 
Yeah I understand that. I guess what I was pointing out from what I've been told you want to be able to leap the height of your dd? Optimally leaping 110% if they can? My dd is leaping 120% of her height which might actually be too much forward movement?or forward direction or are you talking about something different?
