Yea I know In the house and about 15 feet from me I leave for work before sunup and get back after sundown so Kinda have to work in the house

Working from before sunup to after sundown? Well then, I'm sure you'd be making enough money to build a high-end, indoor batting/pitching facility on your property. No?

I'm gonna let you in one a secret D. Slow motion video is only a useful tool once regular speed video has been used to judge overall mechanics including rhythm, arm speed, whip potential, leg drive and synchronization within the pattern.

Without seeing her at full speed, anyone offering advise would be guessing.

I did a little video comparison Found something very interesting and helpful.

I downloaded the 1000 fps scarborough video and and made a side by side Comparison and edited 2 lines into the video

Line 1 = front hip at 9:00 o'clock
Line 2 = Rear Shoulder at 9:00 o'clock

then I played both videos simultaneously frame by frame below are the results

Rear feet = Amanda toe up Laces to catcher / DD an the inside of foot dragging away behind her
Arm Slot = Amanda Layed over bicep and palm Up / DD Bicep and Ball to third
Shoulder Rotation = Identical between the 2
Front Leg bend = Identical between the 2
Front foot angle = Pretty Close to same
Hip Rotation = Amanda Pulls Her hips slightly Closed / DD Pulls Hips closed after release
Forward Torso Movement = Amanda Her Torso and release Remained in between the 2 Lines Edited into the video / DD Her torso
Her rear shoulder Had moved Forward To the Line Edited in at the front hip in a linear fashion Appears to
be due to bending Slightly at waiste Causeing her release to be in front of the line edited in at front hip

It is amazing when you isolate just that Little section of the movement the huge differences that become relevant and noticeable

:(

Ok here is 2 recent clips of liberty and 9:00 o'clock

she is still working out the best arm angle and the wrist a little she is keeping palm up all the way to release she is working it out.

But she is figuring out and starting to realize on her own and understand what is going on when it does not feel right.

I would put them up at full speed but my comp will not play them at the fps they are recorded it shuts off So I have to convert them down
