Well, second lesson and he is completely overhauling her mechanics, capping it off with a conversion to IR. Really like what he's doing, but my daughter has really got to be willing to put in the time. Funny, he used some of the same training aids I already had i.e. "Power drive", harness to get her to lean forward, instead of bending at the waist and underweighted ball. He is a stickler on bringing her folder every week and writing every drill down. More to come as the experiment progresses!!
