Hey txnick...pretty scary/funny video. Instruction like that is the reason why I'm driving 300 miles EACH WAY tomorrow for my DD to workout with the author of the Drive Mechanics sticky!

Well you lucky dog, you!!! My son is a pilot, thus we get fantastic flight benefits (can fly about anywhere for next to nothing). I'm thinking my DD and I should fly out for a couple sessions sometime. But currently I'm jealous!

I actually keep a dozen underfed alligators in my backyard. I drag them out once a month and tote them to pitching class.

Then I go about furiously digging a large pit and filling it with water. I then proceed to dump said alligators into pit.

Next, I lay out a board across the pit and instruct my pitchers to pitch down the board and avoid falling into the pit as much as possible.

I have a high success rate with this drill, and those that can't do it don't need to be pitchers anyway.

One of his first pieces of incorrect advice is that the lifting the front toe is illegal then he proceeds to do it every time.
