Pitching instructor between NY and NC ????

Where in NY is JAVASOURCE located? It's a big state.... Long time reader and first time responding..... But the possible need for a new coach is making me get over my posting jitters

Wish you were closer. We are downstate so I am guessing like 4 hours away from us. At have to plan a visit when we come back from vacation!

I did contact Rick Pauly who told me he is the new pitching coach at Univ of Georgia so he can't help.
So still looking to go see someone on my trip south!

Does RLG teach I/R? Or is she HE?

You can't classify all instructors that way, and I would say neither. Other than my dislike of weighted balls and some of the gadgets like one that immobilizes your elbow or something, she does an excellent job., and has made some excellent videos for those of us out here. I agree with OILF here. You can't easily quantify instructors into HE or IR. As in all things, the world is analog not digital. RLG definitely gets the concept of whip and instructs it. The issue I have is that in her demos she shows the hand on top of the ball at 9 o clock. She shows a bent elbow, but with the hand still on top. I also think she is a little too gadgety for my taste but she would not have the success she has had without a lot of knowledge. I get the sense that she would be awesome for advanced pitchers but I would not want her instructing the arm action part for a beginner.

Or, a 50+ hour drive from the PacNW... Sheesh...

so my drive is not as far as Ken B! RP did give me a great lead and we are all set for lessons from Crystal Cox as we pass through VA.
