just got my revfire and DD challenged me to a stationary spin rate contest.
i got 16 DD got 11. Bucket dad wins!
ok. but that was just stationary spin using nothing but the wrist.
I haven't had the chance to try full pitch yet.
I would think a full pitch with good push off, arm circle and I/R would add to that number.
is this right or is the spin rate based solely on the wrist?
