Check this out. I just got this Mizuno facebook advertisement with Jenny Finch's 3 very important softball tips she's learned through her career today. Look at the second tip at just past :45 seconds. She says and demonstrates that you keep your arms in tight and to follow through past your ear and does the classic "Jenny Finch hello elbow". The only thing that would be better, if she called it hello elbow. This is classic. Apparently on of the more important tips in Jenny's career is to have hello elbow follow through. I feel better I didn't drop the $150 fee for the 3 hour Jenny Finch clinic when she came to town.
