And to reiterate, I have no way of knowing what "clues" this particular 8yr old was being taught. Which is why I stated how she may "feel".;)

For the record she is 9 now. She has great body awareness. She can disregard results when working on a particular aspect of her motion. Then she can be a athlete when it's time to pitch in a ball game. She can be fed more information than the avg kid. She tries to come up with her on training aids. I feel if I can communicate it properly, she will be able to get it. I am proud of her.We have plenty of bad days as well. I do try to connect with her on other things before going out so we can have good vibe. When I get frustrated with her it's not her, but ME not knowing how to help her. I am so appreciative of the people on this board!!! I am so grateful for the feedback ......seeing we don't have a coach besides me. We have tried to go to bill hillhouse clinics when they are within a 5 or 6 hr drive but they get rescheduled. We are excited to have Rick Pauly a part of UGA because we have learned a lot from him. They will probably put on some clinics where he is involved. Still absolutely grateful for this fastpitch community. Thanks
