Depending on the quality of hitters you are facing and your pitching abiliy and the defense you have behind you.. Could be as little as 3 pitches, to however many before the coach yanks you. Dont think there is a realistic generic answer for this one.

Games in Tournament ball vary so much that I don't know what a typical # would be. Most of the Tournaments I have seen, you have 3 inning mercy rules, 5 inning mercy rules, time limitations, or a complete 7 inning game.

I would say 12-15 is good anything over 20 would be where trouble starts.

As for strike% that’s a diff story. Depends on the pitcher you need to throw strikes in most cases to get outs but I have seen some pitchers really get rocked by going out there and throwing nothing but strikes. There are pitchers that are known as effectively wild that are very successful.

I'm right here.
Good question, don't know the answer for 14U softball. For Major League Baseball however the bar is 14 pitches per inning...anything less is good...anything more takes notice or is a concern.

I looked at stats from one of DD games last weekend and this is pretty typical for her.

Innings - 6
Total pitches - 97
Batters Faced - 28
Strike outs - 5
Walks - 1
Total strikes - 59 out of 97 = 61%
1st pitch strikes - 16 out of 28 = 57%
Pitches per batter - 3.5
