Getting more leg drive?

Yes. Try chapter 5 because you CANNOT talk about increasing leg drive without

1. Increasing stride length..
2. Making the stride faster.
3. Increasing the speed of the arm circle so that timing stays correct.
4. Aggressive development of forward momentum.

Trying to do one of those without doing all of them, forget it, not gonna happen.

Dont expect aggressive speed without aggressive mechanics. Anything less than that, be happy with whatever speed their mechanics will allow, they could be slower ya know.

I work my DDs with a wide belt around the waist with a loop in back hooked to stretch cords. I hold the cords from the back and create resistance for them to drive against. Then after 10 minutes we twist the belt to the front and I actually pull them as they drive so they get a great feel of how to plant the stride foot cause if they don't the cords will want to pull the forward. Cheap and easy,very affective.
