Default Thoughts on 10U DD pitching

So...I've had great feedback in the hitting section, hoping for the same here. DD started about a year ago. She did great in REC but is struggling a little in travel with her control. I have no idea how fast she is but it is above average for her teammates. Would love feedback on these videos. Also interested in if this is I/R or H/E. Will post a few videos in a row from earlier today. thanks!

Looks okay for her age. It does look like she is I/R but with her stopping the arm so quickly after her release it is hard to tell. I think the arm starting to come up and across the body seems to be the potential answer. Looks good as a base to start.

Things to work on...(and btw there are people more expert here so this is a loose recommendation)
She could step more and use more lower body so work on things that will help her get out long
She could work on whipping her arm faster (which will mess up her accuracy until she dials her release point back in)
She could allow her arm to finish (go wherever it is gonna go after the release..She seems to be pitting the brakes on immediately after her release which can hurt her shoulder and slows her speed down)

What size is that glove she is using? Do what Boardmember suggests.

thanks everyone. Boardmember et al, Can someone recommend such a coach In MA or NH? She has learned from a former pitcher and only had one "official" lesson. This was a hello elbow lesson, and we will not continue with her. DD loves pitching and will put in the time.
