Pay attention to the timing and direction of movement of the hands in comparison to when the stride goes forward...
Exactly the hands back and stride forward should be happening at the same time. It is hard to try working on multiple things at once but the sequence is key.
Also her back foot will naturally have to push off if she is engaging her hip properly and she should naturally be up on her toe but it will probably not be still...look at model hitter she is up on the toe but there is no weight on it at all and it moves forward naturally with the release of the rest of her lower half.
Hate to keep throwing stuff at you but you also need to make sure see has some forward travel with the stride and while she does this hands keep reaching back. you can easily spot this by looking at the helmet versus the panels in the background of your DD and the model hitter. Notice how model hitter starts at one spot goes back a little and then comes forward a little past where she started..your DD starts goes back but stays back and never travels forward she should travel forward to about where she started making sure her hands stay back until after heel plant.
Keep up the work again it is a process not a overnight quick fix, she has to get the sequence then practice it over and over to develop muscle memory, we just don't want her developing negative memory so we try and get as much as we can right up front.
