I would start here but I would try and find a quality hitting coach and get about 6 to 8 sessions. He or she can built a basic swing that she can then work with.

Thanks! I appreciate the candid replies. Pretty sure I've found a solid hitting coach for her to work with so hopefully that will go well. Not hitting as well in 12U Fall Ball as she had in final year of 10U Travel has got my DD motivated to address issues so I'm jumping on that. Thanks for feedback.
At what point? Take a look at where her hands are at their furthest point back. They are dragging a long way behind her rear elbow and her back shoulder. Where her hands start (if that was the point you were referencing) is WAY less important than what they do once the swing process begins.
I see an athletic girl that needs a pretty significant re-programming of how to swing a bat. Start with getting her sequence correct. Learn about proper hand use and barrel path. Be patient and don't try to fix everything all at once.
