Not here.
Not bad. Need to work on not dropping hands down(level) to ball to swing. DD has level to ground swing. DD needs to learn to tilt down to ball.

To expand on RDB's comment...

We would like to see her hands pulled tighter to her rear shoulder (creating a tighter, upright V in her rear arm), and the bat launched to contact from near the shoulder, with the hands staying above the ball. The hands - not the spine - becomes the center of the bat's rotation.

EDIT: A lot of young hitters use a long hand path because it gives them time to generate higher bat speed. The result is a swing that takes a long time to get to contact. As the player progresses in the game, that time becomes a liability that will - at some point - become failure against decent pitching. The goal of a good swing is to create bat speed with increased quickness (from launch to contact), while maintaining adjustability.

Also balance look at this still she should never have her back knee out beyond her foot here are two still to illustrate what I'm talking about. Lauren is balanced inside her body your DD is out over her foot

Thanks for all the feedback. I can see that her weight is to far behind her back foot and her hands need to be tighter to her shoulder. In regards to sequence, are her hips moving enough before her shoulders start to come forward? She plays atleast 4 gms tomorrow so I will get some game swings and post them. Thanks again

You also need to begin to understand proper sequencing. She is basically doing what we would call an all back and forth swing.

Here is a good video to start you understanding the swing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vLbpAoG_dgQ

I don't completely agree with this being an all-back/all-forward movement. Her hands are coming up and back as she is striding forward, and her hands aren't coming forward until after heel plant. What we usually see in an all-back/all-forward movement is the hands and stride both moving forward together. In that regard, I think this hitter is at a good starting place.

A do agree that the video has some helpful information.

I also agree that the weight shift over the outside of the rear foot is an issue. The pressure against the ground should be on the inside edge of the rear foot, with the knee staying ahead of (towards the pitcher) the ankle.
