Bat speed is not her problem. She has to work on her lower half. I understand people that don't want a step or stride  but there still has to be a load of some kind. Look at these two still they are both the instant the hands start to move look at the difference your DD is simply standing there and model hitter (Lauren) looks like she wants to explode into the ball. IMO this has to be first because it is the beginning of getting the hitting sequence.

I never played ball so I do not understand the load sequence. Please send me some links or let me know some drills that will help. I need to understand it before i can teach it. Thanks for the help.

So Cal
This may help to get a better understanding of the proper sequence and weight shift...

When your DD does swing she has a pretty good swing. Does a lot correct when DD swings. Like dcarter stated your DD and YOU need to learn the 'load/negative move'/correct sequence. Right now I'm guessing your DD is a contact hitter but, she could be a lot better hit with the proper hitting sequence.
I need to understand it before i can teach it.
Sorry to blunt but, if you're going to instruct your DD then you need to read the previous/past posts on the Technical & Practical threads or get a hitting coach.

Below is a link of my DD(1st year 10u) swing.

I'm concerned about her bat speed it looks slow to me. What are some good drills to speed up her swing?
Please let me know if there are any other problems that I need to address.

Thanks in advance for the help.

You are in the right place to learn hitting. Lots of good help here. Click the link that EricF posted, watch that vid and the 17 others that come up under that user. This will give you a good idea what a swing should be. Its important that you understand the proper swing sequence before you select a hitting coach or you will just waste your money and DDs time. If you cant find a hitting coach that teaches the proper sequence, keep studying and keep working.

I agree with the need for some type of negative move, but, looking at this swing, I am also not a big fan of dropping the back elbow as the hips turn. It takes the back shoulder down every time. I like to teach to fight to keep the back elbow up - or even try to raise it while simultaneously bringing the top/back hand down diagonally (still inside the ball) with the turning front hip. The contact that is made when this technique is employed is extremely solid, and well-founded, whereas, when you drop that elbow/shoulder, contact is made out away from the body and low, and there is no mass behind the bat at contact.

This tactic/technique was first explained to me by an Epstein-certified hitting instructor.

Would this be an example:

That is a perfect gif!

I meant to have the batter envision the top hand as having a string tied to the front hip. And I said "try to raise the back elbow while simultaneously bringing the top/back hand (i.e. hip-string-hand) down diagonally", with an emphasis on the word "try", because it is likely impossible to actually raise the back elbow as the top hand is coming down. I just like the batter to visualize raising that elbow while lowering the hands, keeping a nice, sharp triangle shape between the bat and the top forearm for as long as you can, leading into the "house shape/frame" position (HSP). A lot of energy stored up there.

At HSP, we now still have the following available for adding power to the bat: 1. the finish of the hip rotation, (2) the not-yet-extended/pushed-out top hand elbow, (3) the loaded palm-up/palm down wrist assembly, ready to snap and (4) the still-locked shoulder set.

I don't put too much attention on the movement/unlocking of the shoulder set, as I find that emphasizing any movement of the shoulders creates problems, except that I like them closed and on a level plane or with the front one slightly sloping downward toward the pitcher at the time the hands start to move.
