There is a lot to like. Maybe there is a huge flaw in there but I am not seeing it. Maybe get a little more separation, she might be leaking a little power forward by starting a little early (but it does not look like much), I'm really not the best bat/hand path guy but it looks OK to me. She does look like she stands tall and stiff she could be more flexed especially lower half at toe touch I pasted two stills below for you to compare, this is where I think she could gain by engaging her lower half a little more.

I'm really nitpicking because nothing big is jumping out. Obviously she mistimed that pitch but I am assuming she was just a little early on that one.

There is always room for improvement so I 'll bow out and let the real pros chime in.

Thanks Dj! I want you to be nitpicky that is why I love this site. It's funny because I have been showing her pictures of chamberlain and videos of her swing because she does such a great job keeping her front shoulder in. I see that and letting the ball get deeper as the areas to focus on at the moment.

No problem...you could show her this comparison so she can she how it looks like she is standing there while Lauren looks like she is ready to explode.

She really needs to load/coil a little better and then stay back longer...I'm sure the guys will have some good drills lined up, but then again a could be all wet and they might point out a bigger flaw; like I said I'm not a pro.

One of these swings is core driven while the other powers from the rear leg-to-front leg. This can happen if the focus is on the rear leg/hip. One creates change of barrel direction from the core while the other lacks.

Not sure what you are getting at RB, for your satisfaction we were hitting on a baseball field with foul lines 330 ft. Her hit only went 300 ft I see video of pujols on this site being "served up" with pitches. I thought I would take video of her swing to see what she needs to work on. I see she does need to address starting the swing with her back hip and needs to have better bat path, for now. We will continue address these needs through tee work and front toss. Thanks for everyone's input

Guys she's only 13. She has a lot of good things going for her. There is plenty of time to perfect her swing! Keep working and improving!

Why not keep working to improve the swing? The more reps with built in slop, the longer it takes to eventually get rid of it. At some point in the foreseeable future, the OP's DD will run into pitching that she will struggle with because of her mechanics. Refining mechanics will be far easier now than waiting until the struggles start.

Good enough, good, or as good as you can be? Pick whichever suits your situation best!

DD has gain a lot of knowledge from this site and I truly thank everyone who have provided input to dd's swing. RB not sure where your original posts went but I didn't really get your responses about serving it up to my DD. Should I have a flame thrower pitch to DD to look at her swing closer? I really don't care how far she hits it in practice, I care about fixing what needs fixing. This is a great site to get valuable input. Thanks everyone.
