Ok we vidoe all the girls at practice with a slow motion app and it appears there are a few problems. The main issue with most of them is pulling the front shoulder before the point of contact and the only power they have left at contact is wrist snap. The other issue is rollover at contact. The contact point I said originally about the ball getting to deep is not the case most of the time, it's that the power is used up at contact.

Shoulder pulling out- the best way I know to fix is to take the shoulders out and just swing with arms
Wrist rollover- we split the hands and slow swing so they get the feeling of pushing with the back arm.
Any other suggestions?

I could be wrong but I do not believe this is what you want the feeling to be.
