Shutter speed is what determines the amount of blur not the FPS. At 300 and 600 fps you can still get a lot blur.

Wouldn't the shutter speed be twice as fast at 600 fps compared to 300 fps?
After some thought, I guess that would be frequency, not speed.

Did not know that. I thought the blurring was an affect of the lower FPS. Thanks for pointing that out.
