    Default Hitting Drill

I saw a drill here a while back that I think my DD can now work with, but can't locate the drill. The drill involved the hitter stepping across the T on the back side and then swinging. There was an associated video showing the drill. If anyone has the thread or a link I would appreciate it. Also any tips while using the drill would be appreciated.

    Thanks ahead of time.

That is the Face the Fire Drill. Search it and you will find it or Howard or Straightleg might repost it on here for you.
Sorry it was cshilt that posted it. Here is the link.

It uses vision training, momentum, rhythm and timing. We want to blend in the bottom and top with the face the fire drill to kind of put it all together so to speak and build the momentum and explode to the ball.

Thank you. That is the drill. Also noticed the hitter is using the reverse top hand grip. While we use that drill off the T, we might have to save that for stage 2 with the Face the Fire Drill. Thanks again.
