I'm no hitting expert but it seems that she is more aiming for the ball than demonstrating a solid swing with good mechanics. To your point a better video will help a great deal. One thing that my DD benefited from was her coach making her do plenty of Tee work. First with one hand (right handed she would make DD hold the bat with only her left hand and hit the ball for 10-15 times) then the other hand, then finally with both hands. She would reverse the order when she was teaching DD to hit from the left side.
This helped with her hand/eye coordination. Then a steady diet of "Happy Gilmores" along with more straight on Tee work helped turn my kid into very solid hitter. We took a few weeks off and you could see the difference. Back on track she is doing very well. IMO a swing needs to be developed, it can't be taught. It needs to transform not just change. Good Luck
