I'm just a dad, but maybe I can share a few things that might help, since my daughter has always struggled with bat drag. First let me tell you that there is NO quick fix. We are still working through it 3 years later. The guys on this site are very good at their analysis but translating their knowledge and suggestions to a 10-12 yr old can be difficult. So here are a few things that we started with that helped, my 10 yr old at the time, to understand what we were trying to do.

Here's the swing I started with. (some of the worst bat drag ever videoed)

I wanted her to feel the similarities between the throwing motion and the swing. If you asked your daughter to throw a ball like she swings in the video she would probably laugh at you. What helped the light light bulb come on for my DD was actually throwing the bat. It helped with both bat drag and bug squishing.

Here is a shot from this past weekend, almost 3 years later. Although the bat drag does show itself, she is in a much more powerful position at impact. Good luck!

Well she is 13 now and has worked some on her swing (not as much as I would like). What say the gurus of swat?

The link gets me one still image, not a video.

I see a pretty significant forward push to the ball - torso leaning forward and rear leg straightening. This could be largely influenced by the tee being placed way too far forward. There is also a bat drag issue, which may also be a product of her need to reach forward to get the to the ball.

Move the tee back....I'm guessing this isn't going to make much of a difference but this might have 'not as much as I would like'.
Right now it's an 'all arm swing'. Might want to tell your DD to use her core, hips & legs a little bit more. Then watch the power increase.

Here is a video when we moved the tee. Sorry, I can't figure out how to just post the video without utilizing the link.
