Howard doesn't 'bleed'/loose his corner. You have a corner then 'bleed'/loose the corner.

Watching the 2 in slo-mo it looks like Howard's scap pinch is a lot later then mine (his scap is still loading at toe touch). My hip coil and pinch seem to end at the same time (way sooner than toe touch).Would that cause my corner to bleed? Or am I way off....

Your swing looks to be momentum base all back all forward. Shift then swing.
Howard is FBC. As his weight is back, Howard is shifting forward and loading his hands late. Howard shifts and swings.

This gif is from the "and now the diversion is timing" blog entry on HI. Teacherman gives a good, free analysis of these hitters that helped me understand how to better look for corner bleed, momentum, and other flaws. Its a great read. Kudos for posting your swing. I've been taking some hacks too, and its a real eye opener to see myself on video.
