Most, would be correct, and you would be incorrect.

Specifically WHAT movement are you talking about? The hips are making one, and the lower back is doing another.

You mean you can't see it? Or have ever felt it? I could get out my recliner right now and throw using the same lower back action that Finch is showing....

His back leg mostly abducts, the muscles that attach from the pelvic bone to the ribs are holding his upper body back as the pelvis rotates. Once the pelvis rotates to a certain point, the muscles in the lower back and core area contract and pull the shoulders around.

There are muscles on each side of the lower back. The ones on the rear side (near the catcher) contract and hold the shoulders while the pelvis turns. Then, the ones on the front side contract and pull the shoulders around.

SO....the muscles on the lower back on each side....one set holds the shoulders from turning...one set turns the shoulders...what "rotates the pelvis?"

AND AS ALWAYS IN THE "HIGH LEVEL SWING" not the science of the tee ball swing.

I will try then i will learn more. You asked Me this before.

I will guess, that the butt muscles, and the leg muscles, and there many tiny ones the around those hip joints.

Again, my guess and from the look of seperation, it is hemispherical seperation, between, the pelvis and shoulders, .....not from the hip joints, and shoulders
