Really? Then explain to me hitting an outside pitch driving it to the opposite field or hitting a well-concealed change-up. BTW, like I've said in earlier posts, I believe CB was exaggerating a point. I'm aware that is not what her usual swing looks like.
We appear to look at hitting differently. I'm just personally not a fan of terms like turning the barrel, throwing the barrel, yada yada yada. What I am a fan of is making solid contact with the ball at peak bat head acceleration, hitting through the ball, and a long, extended finish, all while keeping the front side strong. CB, SL, HC, BD, among others that are or were here in SW Ohio have had great success making hitters much better, and I'm fairly sure they do not use your many of your theories or terminology. I'm not saying your wrong in your teachings, you just appear to teach differently.

It isn't what any of her game swings look like. Good hitters don't swing that way. Let the Hanson Principle help you filter out nonsense.
I agree with you; Bustos has a very different swing from what's being demonstrated. However, I believe she's describing her personal thought process. Remember, hitters often think really strange things to get the desired result.

She says in the DVD that she is teaching what she was taught by a few of her coaches ... and you are correct, it doesn't agree with how she actually swings.
Careful Five, you're going to end up pointing out a lot of inconvenient truths.

Well my impression here is there is no equivalency between your posts! Perhaps enthusiasm for something other than your flavor of pablum seems threatening to you. Are you sure you aren't Teacherman? You sure have the same writing style!
In truth I have seen one of them; Crystl's Workout Skills & Drills in Howard Carrier's house. Looked very well made and very informative. I liked it a lot. I recommend it, though not for all. Marcus, it wouldn't do you any good!
