How do you adjust to hit a ball at the bottom of the strike zone?
It has nothing to do with bending over that's for sure, hand position and bat angle is what you should be using to adjust for ball position in the hitting zone...unless I am completely misunderstanding your question, which is possible in which case please just explain what you mean.
