Default Daughter Hitting - Advise Please

I've been telling my 16 year old daughter about all the great information on this forum and got her blessing to post a video of her hitting to get some feedback.... she's a strong girl and decent hitter, but (I/we) think she would benefit with better hitting mechanics.... What would be the some of the first things she could work on to see the best results.
Thanks Much (1st post so hope video attaches correctlly)

A question: Has her coaches taught her the no stride? In other words, does she need to keep that in her swing?
If you fail to prepare, you are prepared to fail.

No she doesn't need to keep the no stride, I don't think she was ever told not to stride. I think she starts with too wide a stance also...?

Slow down and take some time between swings. She can't get set. I would never have her hit off of a machine. She is apparently way up in the box, due to the machine.

She needs a reputable hitting coach and ignore whomever is giving her advice, now. I have a feeling that the ability to hit has been coached out of this young lady. Remember throwing is hitting. I would do the throw the ball and throw the bat drills, a lot.

Go look at the thread currently going right now. Best hitters/best swings. I like the wider base, look at SEC teams. Redhotcoach talked about this before, I think it was redhot sorry if not.

Well I don't think it is all that bad but a couple things to start with:

First to Amy's point balls coming out of a pitching machine every 5 seconds is counter productive there is no way to properly set up in between pitches and get ready for the next pitch so what happens is hitters simply start arm swinging and developing bad habit and you also can't properly evaluate her swing because it does not look anything like her game swing.

Next the stride thing is not a huge deal but since she already lifts the weight off her front foot I think it would be helpful for her to start with her feet closer together and stride out to were she is now...again this does not have to be a drastic thing maybe start with just a few inches

I think it would be helpful for some other to give more technical advice but while it looks like she knows to take the knob to the ball (you can see her doing a little reminder drill after the first ball) she does not seem to execute it during her swing it looks like what should be a tilt just turns into a big drop of the rear shoulder necessitating a drag the bat around motion.

Also timing seems a little off but it is hard to see if that is her swing or again just a reaction to having to get ready for another ball coming out of the machine a couple seconds later.

Thanks Amy, I notice she does hit a little differently off the tee

Dropping her hands to start the swing...I will get a clip up shortly.

Perhaps there is no stride, because she is aware that she might be out of the box, when she hits the ball. Just a thought.

Watch the slowed down frames....as she starts to swing she drops her hands to get level with the pitch....her thought should be to work the barrel down to and up through the ball....here she is dropping her hands to try and work up to the ball.....and if she is dropping her hands - she is turning the barrel into the ball late....
