Pretty impossible to tell, the way the video was taken it almost looks like a walk thru drill. A tee is OK but even better at least a front toss and preferably an actual pitch would be best at the very minimum have her set up like a normal pitch and be aggressive just like an actual at bat.

That is her normal start. She starts with her front foot slightly open, then steps in and forward on the pitch. I will say this wasn't one of her best or most aggressive swings though.

When you swing a bat level and exspecially when your hands are low it is hard not to roll you wrists.Try it with a bat yourself.
Level swing being bat level with ground, will make a long circular swing.

What you want is:
Elbow higher than the hands, hands higher than the barrel of the bat. The bat angle will take part of the circular swing away, the bat angle will help with not rolling wrists early.

Maybe Rbass can throw some gifs in for me. Here is one pic.
Does your Dd have any tilt from the waist up? Does she have any bat angle?
This will help

Tee looks pretty far out in front....her arms were almost fully extended at contact.....her front arm was straight at contact and her shoulders were fully rotated.....there is nowhere else to go from there but a rollover....

Here is a more recent video that I got to work. As of right now I have her hitting with the ball slightly out in front of her front foot. Is that too far out front?
