The caption "LOST IT" means her back leg gave up whatever control it had to the front leg....could she have maintained control in the back leg a frame longer and how would have the swing unfolded from there??

The que "load into your back leg" alway makes sense to me, into not over and past. She should maintain, hold, and increase that pressure in her upper thigh area....I don't know how to explain it better then how it is said to boys "put your junk in your pocket". Look at that area when mts has written the word good, then look at it when the words lost it appear....see the difference.

Not saying she has to do everything like Jen Sailing, but in this clip I think you can really see how she loads and coils into her back leg, she increase that coiling pressure in her upper thigh as she goes forward and her stride is controlled by her back leg.

Thanks to all. This is all good stuff. We are heading to cages now to work on these things. My DD is excited get going.:)

Good luck, I think one thing that might be causing the her to lose the coil in the "bad" frame is if you look that is the same time she extends the front leg. Part of the issue is her front leg fully extends at the beginning of forward weight transfer and even worse it is just a pick up and jab fully extended leg into the ground. I actually tried having weight on my back leg in coil position then extending her front leg like she does while trying to remain somewhat coiled it actually hurt your back hip simply wants to release at the same time as the front.

Look at the MLB and college players as their leg comes forward it is still bent at the knee which does not give the back leg the feeling it should stop coiling. The coil remains through toe touch. Not that I would recommend it but look at what is happening with the college player in purple, she is actually using a toe touch as an initial trigger then carrying through a stride and as she goes forward coils more than the initial toe touch as trigger even tough her leg is going forward it is still bent enabling her to keep coiling.

IMO she needs to work on a forward stride her heel actually ends up further back than when it starts. It does not have to be drastic maybe 6 to 9 inches. I would actually start this by using the drill the baseball player in the black shirt is doing. She starts a little pigeoned in anyway, have her concentrate on as she comes forward to stay flexed and coil, the player in the video is doing this in exaggerated way with a high knee lift since it is a drill so he gets the feeling of coiling back while going forward see if she can do this drill to get a feeling of what it should feel like, she won't be able to fully extend her leg so early while doing this drill hopefully enabling her to coil more and stay coiled longer.
