Kinslers back/scap is pulling back resisting the forward pull and turn of his rear leg. His rear leg counters that rearward pull, turning and pulling forward, opposite actions. His hip socket works over his rear femur. His hands torque the handle turning it rearward and whipping it around the created corner.
I couldn't have put it better myself.

Yes, there are from another site. I go to many. When I read them it made sense to me. Just looking at the gifs and what was commented look exactly what I was seeing. I was passing the gifs and info along to the dad. I was sharing. If I was smart enough I would have posted my own words but, I'm not. I see RHC is smart enough to put it into words. But, lets be clear I posted along with noontime posted the gifs. The comments where added on the other site after I and noontime posted the gifs. I knew what I saw in the DD just didn't know how to put into the right words.
Lets be clear about one thing I am not a member of his site. I am always trying to learn so I visit alot of sites and will bring info back to this site. I like to share info and video and gifs. If that is wrong then I guess I've been wrong am wrong and will continue to be wrong. Why should I care who I learn from. I'm on here to help my DD and who ever cares to read or view what I post. I just learned there is and ignore button. If what I do is wrong and hurtfully then put me on the ignore list because I will continue to share what I think is helpfully.

I think you're well intentioned. That being said, you'd be better served by testing out these concepts on your own and describing them on your own. Copy/paste doesn't really help anybody. Also, you'd become more intelligent. Thus, no need to say "just a dumb dad."

This site as well as any other is all about trust. We all are trusting that what people are saying on here is something that could be helpful. When we decide that we like something we should always try it out before we produce it to the board as fact. I started out on this site back in 2010 to help my DD. This journey is not easy but it can be accomplished
Everyone should learn from as many points of view as possible because IMO nobody has all the answers, the correct path is out there but's it's not in any one camp. My problem is if you don't know what you are looking at don't say anything. If you find something helpful credit who you you got it from, don't act like you are a hitting guru by spewing others words so you can look brilliant, thats fake and does no one any good. Better yet put your "work" to test by posting current video of your DD.
Like I said I don't belong to any camp other than my DD so I have no vested interest in anything but her and I've always shared video of her journey. It's easy to spew the words, hard to produce the results. This site has A LOT of great posters that can be trusted but it's also getting some posers. Find out who you trust and go from there.
