    Very nice Crankermo! Alot to be learned from seeing a progression. What is her in season and off season hitting program, if you don't mind me asking.

    Bobby,

    Off season we do a ton of tee work just to recapture the feel before we progress to front toss. She hits 5 times a week for an hr and half. During the season it's mostly just to maintain the swing. She will hit during our weekly practice and our warm ups in tournaments, every weekend.
