I apologize because I don't know how to embed stuff and whatnot.
She is starting with a hitting coach next week, I was just wondering what I should be looking for at her lessons in regard to what she's doing now.

She needs to learn the correct sequence. She is doing what I just posted in the other thread; which is coiling before she comes forward/strides. She basically turns everything back and then turns everything forward.Originally Posted by crystlemc

This drill is more for getting the hips to lead the swing and use the lower half.
Things not to do.
Not load over top the back leg, and dont load around the corner by twisting upper half pulling eyes off pitch.
