Still a little unsure of the weight transfer issue , but will keep working and post another video down the road

The front knee stayed bent from heel plant all the way through contact. It should have straightened to help with the hip thrust weight shift and then braced off before contact. Also, there is excessive backward lean.

Both great observations. Thanks! Been trying to get her to FEEL weight transfer but has been hard going. Still searching board for good drills for this. Maybe medicine ball?
