You're dead on I think SB. I think what it amounts to is our head coach just doesn't have the experience and know how and his secondary coach just follows his lead (both have girls on the team by the way). You're also right in that it's a tricky maneuver to offer advice without implying he's not doing a good job. I also see that this team if held together has some solid potential for next year so I don't want to make too many waves... Ohhh the joys of being a softball parent. And yes KevinC... I'm trying to lend a hand and will keep working in that direction. Thanks for the comments.
