Since your using the tee swing. The bat is just following the rotation of the shoulders around and is released to the ball. The rear side just spins around with shoulders and bat. I picture the bat on a Merry-go-round that is 'flung off'. NO using of the hands but, to hold onto the bat.

The barrel isn't getting launched early as it should be. Look and see where the bat blur is for the OP's DD and the model clips/MLBers. The hands just have to be in the right position to launch the barrel early and then they just simply hold onto the bat and enjoy a free ride (see Frazier's no-handed HR clip). IMO, the hand path issues being pointed out become moot if the barrel is launched early.

This girl has made incredible progress in the past month. She used to cast, wrist roll, and had little to no resistance. She's still working hard to continue improving. FYI... While at a college camp today she ripped one to the left center fence! Congrats!!!
