I have been looking for a pitching machine online for a while. I have found a few but they're very costly.
While my DD and I were working with practice golf balls this afternoon, this idea hit me. One trip to the hardware store later, I had a good practice golf ball pitching machine.
I understand that this isn't a perfect machine. The golf ball slows quickly, but at that speed I bet she doesn't notice. I am working with her on reaction time and hand eye coordination. I estimate that she has less than half a second to hit this small ball. She's using my hand motion for timing to load.
