    Default Wrist drills

My names Samantha and I'm looking for drills to correct the flicking of the wrist during my throw because I flick my wrist side ways that makes my ball spin and sound like a bullet. Youtube videos would help (:

Samantha, there is a thread on throwing in the 'training' forum under wrist pain. Here is a link that is posted in that topic, it might be useful. There are some drills in it.

The Spin Right Spinner is a nice tool to use that gives you immediate feedback about how a ball is coming out of your hand. You can accomplish the same thing using a hockey puck, or taping a stripe around the ball across all 4 seams.
