Going to start back Oct.17 2015... She hasn't touched a ball since Aug 3rd. Well twice ...pop-up's out in the street

We finished fall ball Sept 27. I've been letting DD chill, but the other day she mentioned that she was bored without softball, so we'll probably start back with plyo workouts and pitching next week. I can't afford a PC right now, so I'll be using BM's thread and starting from scratch with lock it in. Hopefully by the time school ball rolls around she'll be close to game ready. I started using Tewk's hitting book, going to dive deeper, plus we'll be doing water bottle drills all winter lol!
