    Default Swing Mechanic MP30 Baseball Training Bat

    Anyone have any thought on this for fastpitch? Wouldn't using a regular wood bat for practice give similar results as a regular wood bat is heavier than fastpitch bats.

    IMO, just another gimmick. Nothing beats a video camera and this site.
