I am looking to start using wristbands with DD's 14U team. Where is the best place to get the cards set up and which are the best wristbands to hold the cards?

Don't buy the ones with the flap. No time to be lifting it up. The cards can be made on a PC and printed on a heavier bond paper.

What is the best program to create the number or color play system? Sorry for the questions, I've never seen an actual card, only heard and seen other teams using them against us.

We use Nevermissasign.com for our making our wristband sign inserts.

it is a one time cost (cheaper than OwntheZone which is your other choice)

Your other choice is to do it your self and there are some people out there who will do one off sets for you, but we have found Nevermissasign is the best way to do it for what we need. I can send you samples of our pitch calling cards made by the system if you like (PM me)

Thanks for the info. Can't believe after seeing how easy the system is that everyone isn't using wristbands to call plays.

we used sportsunlimitedinc.com to order our wrist bands. I have to agree we orded the flap ones and never used them its too time consuming (stick to the single ones). We used Excel to make our own sheet. we did a simple 2 numbers across 1 number down, took no time and was easy to change becuase we played one team (9 different times over the season and noticed after the 2nd he was trying to write down our numbers). Makes it easier to switch if you use a heavier cardstock paper over regualr printer paper.
