I know utrip tourneys the bats need the new stamp, what about bats prior to 2008. Bats with only ASA 2004 stamp still good for current tounys for pony asa nsa? Any info much appreciated

I believe only USSSA requires the new stamp. All other sanctions don't require it, but may have additional bats on the banned list.
I have no idea about PONY but in ASA and PGF, any old stamp will do.
I think the same can be said for NSA but we don't play much of that down here.
We don't play USSSA, either, but they do require the new thumbprint stamp.
