How about these?
Wood Softball Bats - Wild Woody Bat Co.
My DD is currently swinging a Demarini CF4 31/21 but will be playing on a team for fall ball . I am looking for a decent bat for her to use during cold weather games this fall and in the spring . It is not unusual to see 40-50 degrees during games in the spring and fall around here with the occasional snow flurry during a game . I was looking at the CV12 but as it is a thin walled aluminum bat with a composite inner core I am not sure that it is the correct choice .
Any help would be greatly appreciated .

Yes, to what monsters said. My DD played in consistently cold weather, in Flagstaff, Az. She used the RT, the Demarini EVO, and the Rawlings liquid plasma. Or buy last year's model of her favorite bat or a good used one.

Rip-it makes bats similar to Anderson but the walls are slightly thicker. Might be worth looking into. I play slow pitch with a rip-it reaper and it has plenty of pop for me to hit it over the fence reguarly, and I'm 140 lbs.
The bat guy has to eat too!I don't think at the younger ages it really matters, inless she will be hitting 60mph pitches, whats it going to hurt.
Well I was perusing the bat section at our local Play it Again Sports and they had a few of the 08 Demarini Phenix bats in the used rack . I wound up picking up one for about 38 bucks (bought some other stuff for the team as well) . It looks and weighs almost exactly the same as her CF4 and she says it swings the same so I told my DD to use it when its cold out . If she breaks a 38 dollar bat I can pitch it in the trash and roll on without much heartburn .
I think I would be lucky to get 150-160 out of this one on Ebay based on condition and other completed auctions I viewed .
We haven't had a chance to go out and compare it side by side with her new cf4 but will probably get around to that later this week . Heck it may be worn out for all I know and not have any Pop left at all .
I also picked up an old TPS "Fastpitch C1C" for 12 bucks as well that is in pretty good shape . I told my DD to put it in her bat bag and when someone needs a loaner bat she can hand it and her old Worth "Slapper" out as a loaner bat .
Rip It if you read the bat spec's . We play in the snow in Ohio in high school.
