Specifically the drop 10 balanced versions.

Is there much of a difference? I thought I read the cf9 was made with some different fiber or something along those lines. True or just marketing BS?

DD now swinging the cf8 -11 (thanks Core) but wants to move to the -10.

I can't answer your question but my DD just moved from CF7 -11 to CF9 -10. I am so pleased with the performance of this bat at tryouts. Out of the wrapper 6 days ago - impressive results so far. She got the Hope bat and the coaches were admiring it last night - team full of Makos I think.
