I was looking for inexpensive nets for our indoor facility and came across these on Amazon.

I figured for the price, I might as well give them a shot so I ordered 2. They arrived today and being the equipment hound that I am, immediately unwrapped them and set them up. After hitting a bunch of balls into each, my impressions were that these were every bit as good if not better than my favorite Bownet. The netting is thicker as well as the material making up the "sleeves." Also, the fiberglass/composite bows seemed thicker although that is just an opinion since I didn't get out the Bownet to compare them side by side. The bottom rail structure is the same as the Bownet with the exception of the push buttons to assemble and take apart the tubing. On this they are smaller and a tad more difficult to deal with but it's still very easy and quick to assemble and take down. For those of you looking for a quality net that won't break the bank ($79.99 + shipping) and carries a lifetime warranty, I can highly recommend this one.

Cool. Full 5 star review on Amazon. Can't recall ever seeing all 5 stars on any product I've ordered from Amazon.

Very Nice! I guess we'll just have to see how much we may need them. Our organization occasionally rents an indoor soccer field which gives us enough room to have mostly 2 full indoor fields and have 4 teams scrimmage at the same time. The only problem is that particular facility doesn't have a net that drops down the middle. This could possibly be a relatively inexpensive solution; especially since there's talks of trying to hold a couple of indoor tourneys there this Winter.

Kinda what I was thinking- maybe even for outdoor practice to set up side by side hitting lanes for pitching machine and front toss or something...

That's a really big net for the money.

They claim to be the ORIGINAL sock net predating bownet.

I used bownet for years. Switched to these as theyre half price. They last just as long. The frames are a big more heavy duty which has been a plus for us (16/18-big hitters)

Does anyone know if the Bownet screens will fit on this frame? I want to get a Bownet pitch thru screen, but need a less expensive frame to go with it.

I honestly couldn't tell you but since they're both 7x7 and pretty much identical in construction, I would venture to say yes. That said, you have me curious now, I'll get out my bownet pitching net out, try it this morning and let you know for sure later today.
