I was bored and had a lot of the NPF games on DVR so thought I would do a little research and see what bats the pros are actually using. This is just taken from what I saw in the games I had recorded. Here is what I found:

FWIW, the Worth 2legit one-piece and the Worth Sick one-piece are basically the same bat with a different paint job.

DD has been batting with the Worth Sick 2014 -9 which she preferred to the Worth Sick 2015 -9. After she broke the 2014, her coach sent it back in and Worth gave her a 2016 Worth 2legit one-piece, which is their new name for the Sick.

So there are 14 players using the Worth one-piece (from various years)--neat! DD loved the 2014 and she's really loving the 2016 too.

They hit with whatever company pays them the most to hit with their bat.

These young women don't make much playing ball and they need to secure whatever small endorsements they can to supplement their income.

Worth has always been very willing to sponsor colleges and sign pros to bat contracts. They just can't seem to make bats that people will actually pay for, though. Same with Miken and Combat.

Hmmm...If that's the case, I would think the manufacturers would have them swinging their newest stick. Seems like there's a fair amount of older bats in the mix.

I have a gently used 2014 Worth Legit 33/23 with a new grip that I will make someone a deal on! Bought my DD an older 34/24 Easton Stealth and she will not use anything else.

They are paid to use the company's bats. The company doesn't really care which bats they use.

Lots of Easton-sponsored colleges still use Stealths. They haven't made them commercially for years. You still see a lot of CF5s, as well.

Again, would like to know which ones/how many are really sponsored. I would bet not as many as people think.

I follow several players, I would guess only a handful are sponsored.

A lot of Mikens used. I have had little doubt that Mikens have long been the hottest slow pitch bats, not sure why the popularity in fastpitch hasn't followed. Maybe we just haven't been patient enough to fully break them in.
