Wanted to send out a thank you to DeMarini for their customer service department. I returned my DD's CF-5 for an end cap issue. They are sending a new bat replacement. They told me I could pick any bat size or type. I also lost the old receipt and they replaced any way!!

Wish I had known that when my daughter cracked her CF5 Insane. At the time, it was technically still under warranty, but I couldn't find the receipt. Apparently, I should have sent it in anyway

I really think this defeats the purpose of a warranty and legit receipts. You cant pick and choose who you do this with and who you don't.

This helps the people that have been part of the problem of why bats cost so much nowadays more than the legit
customers who lost their receipt.

I check my DD's bat after every at bat and found a problem with the endcap last Saturday.... 1 year and 1 day after I ordered it. Luckily I still have the receipt and they honored the warranty.

Demarini does have awesome customer service. Both bats I've had to send back for warranty returns, they called and asked if DD wanted a different size bat.
