I have a couple players that made All-Stars this year and they play on my Tournament team that is USFA, can they be on both rosters?

One has nothing to do with the other.

To expand a little further on MTR's post. The two organizations are nothing but sanctioning bodies. Each has their rules they use to govern and play the game. Neither has jurisdiction or control over the other. There is no one governing body that everyone answers to.

An analogy would be if you have a club card to Sam's Club and one to CostCo. Both do similar things but have their own way of doing business. Neither can tell the other how to operate.

Good analogy, but I'll stick with BJ's
